In 2019 : saved 15.5 million pounds of food.

2. Hot Food Rescue: The Hot Food Rescue program collects surplus banquet food from Las Vegas Strip properties, rescuing hundreds of thousands of pounds of food each year and providing meals to those in need.

3. Food Industry Shows: Three Square participates in food industry shows held in Las Vegas, rescuing excess non-perishable and prepared food products that would be discarded after the events.
